We're a warm studio! Most (not all) classes are heated to 80-85 degrees. We offer All Levels Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Warm Mat Pilates.
All Levels Yoga
All Levels Yoga is inclusive for all levels, offering variations and support. It focuses on fundamental poses, breathwork, and alignment, allowing individuals to progress comfortably. This class creates a supportive environment for everyone to practice together and grow!
Warm Mat Pilates
A dynamic and invigorating practice that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Through a series of fluid, controlled movements, you'll engage your entire body, emphasizing proper alignment and breath control. In this comfortably heated class, you'll experience a full-body workout that incorporates traditional Pilates exercises with modern variations, allowing you to target deep stabilizing muscles while improving posture and balance.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle and slow-paced practice that involves holding passive poses for extended periods. It promotes deep stretching, relaxation, and increased flexibility while fostering a calm and meditative state of mind. Not heated

Root To Rise: Morning Flow
This 78-degree class compassionately builds energy and ends with a peaceful, relaxing meditation - a perfect way to start your day. If you’re an experienced yogi, come and be challenged. If you’re newer to yoga, come with confidence because flexibility and strength are built, not required. Modifications and intensifications let you match your practice to your mood.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga Therapy is designed for all levels and individuals facing challenges like insomnia, pain, auto-immune illnesses, physical limitations, injuries, anxiety, depression, inner turmoil, and stress. Improve balance, strength, and flexibility through gentle chair-based yoga postures, enhancing physical well-being and range of motion. Includes meditation, breathing techniques, and tapping EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Not heated.
